Damon Pursell Construction Co.
Safety
Damon Pursell Construction, led by Michael Pursell, strongly believes that safety is first in successful business practices. A formal safety policy was established in 1986 an dis updated as necessary to comply with changes in laws and best practices. Goals are set annually for continued growth of Safety Culture. Each year the company evaluates its safety practices and identifies action items to improve the overall safety performance of the company. We take pride in a low EMR and low loss ratio.

All construction supervisors have OSHA 30 hour training and all construction employees are required to have OSHA 10 hour training or equivalent training. Most employees and all Rockridge personnel have MSHA part 46 training.
